The Housing Authority of Fort Mill has developed its abbreviated Annual Plan and annual reporting of its Capital Funds Program in compliance with Title VII of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (Pub.L.110-289,H.R.3221) (HERA). The abbreviated plan and reports for the Capital Funds Program are available for review at the Authority’s Office located at 105 Bozeman Drive, Fort Mill, SC, and the Fort Mill Housing Authority’s Web Site at hafmsc.com. The Authority’s hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. A public hearing will be held on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at the office of the Housing Authority at 4:00 PM referencing the Capital Funds Program. The Public is invited.
