Application Information

Please Note:

Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher applications will be accepted on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 for ONE DAY ONLY starting at 8:30 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. Applications will be accepted at 112 Bozeman Drive, Fort Mill in person only. Personal Declarations must be completed before sign in is allowed.

 You MUST bring all the following documentation with you when you submit your application:

• Personal Declaration

• Birth Certificates for every person on your application

• Social Security cards for everyone on your application

• Picture ID for anyone over the age of 18

• All person over the age of 18 should accompany the Head of Household when the application is filled out, in order to complete all paperwork.

• Marriage certificate (if applicable)

• Divorce papers or Proof of Separation (if applicable)

• Foster Care License (if applicable)

• Most recent Bank account statement

• Prior Years Federal tax return

• Previous 2 current pay stubs

• If unemployed you must bring an unemployment verification in. These may be obtained from the SC Job Service.

• If you are expecting a child you must provide a pregnancy verification.

• Benefit letter or printout from the Social Security office if you receive

• Benefit listing or printout from social service office if receiving food stamps or monies
